Joe Rocket U.S Army Alpha X Jacket

The best bang for the money and here's why: Nowhere could you find a Army for Life jacket for regular riding period. I wear it with such Pride, air flow is awesome, sleeves and waist band has adjustment for proper fit. It's not a racing jacket per say but it takes a beating and with the safety vest included it was a steal of a deal. Shipping was fast and I love the no hassle with Rocky Mountain...SALUTE!

Great for hot weather. Double check size.

I have worn it only a few times and have not used the other layers. So far I can say it works well for hot weather. When considering size, I would size down if you are at the bottom of a size range. I am 6'1', about 200lbs., 42-44 chest. The body of the large size jacket is very loose on me and there is no adjustment. Having it altered.

    Super Nice Jacket

I just got it the other day. Took a ride that day. Maybe 25 miles total so still very new. Seems a little tight around the stomach sitting but feels fine standing. Once it gets broke in I'm sure it'll be fine. Seems worth the $250. Nice quality jacket that looks great. I got the tan. Highly recommend.

    great jacket for the price

I am 5'10" 230 lbs. I measured 46 inches on the chest if I pulled the tape tight and 47 relaxed and loose measurement. I got the XL and it fits snug but not tight with the liner in and perfect with it out. The jacket is very stiff and needs to be broken in. So far I am really pleased with my purchase.

    Great jacket for the money

LOVE the jacket. Real warm when riding but not so much your sweating when riding in 55* temps... has good vent zippers. Arms are a tad tight but not too bad. I don’t have very big arms to begin with... has pads in elbows shoulders and down the back that fit good. I bought 1 size bigger than regular sweat shirt size or regular jacket size. Usually wear a medium I bought s large and fits perfect I’m 190 and 5’9”

    Good jacket, great price

Was looking for a nice KTM branded textile jacket for bike night rides and trips to work. This fit the bill at a great price point, especially for the feature set. The kiner will allow me to still use it in the winter. It has plenty of pockets for miscellaneous items (even room for larger phones). I haven't had it long enough to attest to the durability, but it feels solid. Haven't tested the protection, the armor doesn't feel quite as thick as my last jacket. I do wish the shoulder vents were easier to open while riding (the pulls are hard to find with gloves on). Overall, I would definitely recommend, even if you weren't a KTM guy!
