This was my first neck brace. Not much info on attaching to body armor and fitting as to what should go where and what has to be removed. But You can figure it out. Honestly, I have forgotten it was there. Light Weight no issue. Will wear through the rest of the season and probably move up to the 5.5 just for a little more adjustability. Overall works great for me.

Can't even tell it's on. I wear mine over an O'Neal under-the-jersey chest protector and I have no issues with mobility. Works great with the Fox V3 helmet. The straps that come with it to hold it down work well.

Both our seven and eleven year old use the EVS R2 and fits them both well. I would say would work for a small teenager as well.

Best Neck Brace overall. Fits great with Leatt chest protector. My 3rd neck brace and this one is the best.

After landing on my head a few times, decided that I should consider a neck brace. Researched online, compared what friends were using and settled on the Alpinestars. Already use their compatible roost protector. It adds an additional step to gearing up, but much like knee braces, once I'm riding, I don't even notice it's there. It's lightweight and doesn't interfere with my helmet while riding. Off the bike, it does limit my ability to look down, for example, at a pouch on my riding vest, but I think it is worth the trade-off.
