Game changer! Just did an 1100 miles weekend with morning temps around 40. Factor in windchill and you get the picture. Heats up hot and fast. Ran it at 50% and was so nice and warm. I'm 5'9" 170 and large fits great! Gloves and pants are probably next purchase.

I bought this vest because the portability of the internal battery seemed like a good idea as I have 2 bikes and ride both. Turns out you only get 2 hours of heat time on high setting. The other day I set off on a ride with temps in the mid 30's. I also have a heavy leather jacket, but the vest set at medium made the cold tolerable. I didn't even try the high setting because I was looking at 4 to 5 hours of ride time and didn't want to run out of battery at 2 hours. Well, the battery died somewhere around 4 hours. The vest heats well, and would probably be OK for a commuting situation, but for longer rides, the battery life is the weak link. Not a knock on the vest, but for my situation, it just doesn't work. I returned it and am getting a hardwired 12v vest that I can run on high for as long as necessary. Quality of the vest seems good. My motorcycle jackets are larges and I got a large vest and it fit well. Quite comfortable. If you're considering this vest, it works well, just make sure it fits your needs work the short battery life.

Gave these gloves a thorough test during two weeks of rainy riding around the Isle of Man (yes, during TT race week!) and Scotland. The waterproof nature was great and my hands stayed dry. The heating feature also worked very well but I'm glad I purchased extra batteries because even on low setting, they tended to be exhausted before the end of the longer riding days. My unhappiness came in the finger fit, where my normal thickness fingers were swimming in the oversized fit that could have accommodated huge sausage finger, like ball park franks size. This result in poor dexterity. I was also less than please with the operation of touch screen navigation, both due to the deficient dexterity but also hit-or-miss reaction of the touch screen. Unclear if it was always moisture related but I often had to pull the glove to do much with the phone. So I was pleased with the palm and wrist fit and the glove's waterproofing and heating, but not pleased with the finger issues.

I do a lot of long rides, so these are perfect to switch out in the middle of the ride, then charge the dead battery's while I'm continuing riding. I basically have infinite heat glove time now

This cable works with the Mosko Ectotherm, and appears to be the same part they ship with the jacket. Good for wiring another bike.
