  Comfortable, low-profile, protective boots.

  Very functional boots for riding and walking. They keep you dry after immersion at low water crossings. They may not be as protective as taller boots, but are very comfortable and wear well. They will become squeaky after some break-in, but that is to be expected as they articulate well at the ankle. I have not noticed any unusual wear after a 1600 mile trip in rough, rocky and sandy terrain. The foot bed is thick and may make it difficult for shifting on some bikes, but I got used to that after a few miles of use.The boot clamps/straps make getting in and out of the boots a breeze. The upper part of the boot with the velcro closure could have been fitted better. I have big calves, but still needed to secure most of the material firmly around my leg to obtain a secure fit with the clamps. But, maybe the added material provides more room for pants, leg braces and other protective gear. I highly recommend these boots.

  Great boots

  Wanted to wait and see before I did a review. Great boots. As explained by others not as much locked in protection as a true motocross boot but enough protection for the way I ride. Easy to get on and off. BOA is awesome. Been on a half a dozen good sides rides and love them.

  Great boot and a good price

  Solid and comfortable boot at a much better price than the flagship models of others. Tried on a lot of other options and really felt this was the best combination of quality and price. Boots in general seem to run large so size down if you are in between. The buckles secure the boot well but are not the quickest I have used. Other than that not really any complaints. The sole is strong and fits well on the pegs. I ride more on the balls than the arch so it may not work as well for others.

  O'Neal Racing Rider Shorty Boots

  A real good shorty boot.

  I have a problem with full height boots because my calves are so large and these work perfect being short. Good fit, comfortable and a good solid sole make it easy to kick start my bike. I wear a 10.5 Wide in a tennis shoe and an Eleven fits good. They can do double duty on my Duel Sport Bike also. Great boots.
