  Too big to fit in pants vs other brands

  Had to return them because they were too big to fit in my pants. The protruding knee cap protection is the main cause. Other brands put this layer under the upper and lower, saving room. These don't. Otherwise I expected them to work well based on feel and apparent quality. I was using Acerbis Impact before without issue and am now going to try the comparable Leatt units. If your pants are roomier in the knees, these could be great for you. Mine aren't that tight, but they aren't the roomiest either.

  I absolutely love these knee guards- Key points I like- they stay in place, fit in the top of your boot comfortably. I did 1700 miles in Baja, moto, and woods- never thought about them and they never created any sore spots. Bought a pair for my nephew- he took them all the way to lorettas last season and he loves them too.
