Bizrate Platinum Circle of Excellence Award 2014For the second year in a row, Rocky Mountain ATV/MC received the prestigious Platinum Circle of Excellence. This honor demonstrates Rocky Mountain ATV/MC’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

This distinction is awarded by Bizrate, a third-party company that collects unbiased feedback from customers regarding their shopping experience at numerous ecommerce retailers. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is part of their network comprising thousands of online stores, of which only 1.7% received the Platinum Circle of Excellence in 2014.

Retailers wishing to receive this award must maintain average scores of at least 9.0 (out of 10.0) in survey responses in seven key categories: Overall Satisfaction, Product Selection, Ease of Finding, Likelihood to Buy Again, Product Met Expectations, On-Time Delivery and Satisfaction with Customer Support.

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC offers parts, accessories and gear for dirt bikes, street motorcycles, ATVs and side-by-sides. Among the dozens of retailers that received the Platinum Circle of Excellence in 2014, only two were from the powersports industry.
