Rocky Mountain ATV/MC will continue its sponsorship of the Thor Winter Olympics (often referred to as the “Mini O’s) for the fifth year in 2018. In continuing the partnership with Unlimited Sports MX as a sponsor of Mini O’s, Rocky Mountain ATV/MC will be offering $20 in Race Gas Credits to each registered racer as a key component of the sponsorship.

For 47 years, Mini O’s has been an integral part of the amateur motocross scene. Its unique emphasis on both MX-style and SX-style tracks makes the series a valuable part of the amateur circuit. Awards are presented in an Olympic fashion, with Gold, Silver and Bronze awards going to the competitors who post the highest combined scores in both MX and SX disciplines for their respective classes.

Mini O’s will be hosted once again at Gatorback Cycle Park, the home of the series since its inception in 1971. The races will take place from November 19th-24th, continuing a longstanding, Thanksgiving tradition for many MX families as they celebrate their holiday at the track.

Each racer who pre-registers in at least one class will receive $20 in Race Gas credits for the event. This is provided through Rocky Mountain ATV/MC’s Race Gas program, which provides no-strings-attached credits that can be used for products on the website.

“With the 47th Thor Winter Olympics, presented by Pro Circuit approaching fast, it’s great to know we have the support of sponsors like Rocky Mountain ATV/MC,” said Wyn Kern of Unlimited Sports MX. “Their commitment helps us make the Mini O’s the best it can be, and their Race Gas program is a great way to give back to the riders themselves.”

“We’re excited to be partnering with Unlimited Sports MX for another year as a sponsor of the Thor Winter Olympics,” said Dan Thomas, CEO and Founder of Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. “The level of talent and dedication that these amateur riders show is impressive, and we are happy to support them as they work to become their best. We wish all of the competitors good luck at the races.”
