The Bizrate Platinum Circle of Excellence Award

Companies can opt into Bizrate’s network in order to allow them to collect feedback from real customers without bias. Because we truly want to learn from what our customers have to say about us, Rocky Mountain ATV/MC has chosen to be a part of this program. There’s a good chance that you’ve received a notification from Bizrate after making a purchase asking you to complete a survey about your shopping experience. This is controlled exclusively by Bizrate, and while Rocky Mountain ATV/MC has chosen to allow them to offer surveys to our customers, we have no way of selecting which consumers receive the survey.

In August, Bizrate examined the data it had received over the previous year, and it identified key ecommerce retailers that excel in customer service (as rated by the customers themselves). They are called the Circle of Excellence awards, and the winners represent only a small subset of the Bizrate Insights network.

This elite group must receive an outstanding rating (9.0+ out of 10.0) in seven key categories. In 2013, only 66 retailers received this prestigious award, accounting for only 1.3% of all eligible participants. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC was one of these, highlighting our dedication to our customers. We were the only winner of the Platinum Circle of Excellence award in 2013 representing the powersports industry.

We recognize that what is an intuitive category path for one person may not be the same for you, so most of our products are found in more than one place. And you can always use the search bar at the top of any page to find a product using keywords. But that’s just the beginning. Motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs present a unique problem since certain parts are fitted to particular machines. But at Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, that’s no problem at all with our Parts Finder. All you need to do is enter your vehicle’s make, model and year, and we’ll show you what fits it.
