Looking for a great way to add a personal touch to your quad? Selecting an aftermarket ATV gas cap can be a great way to add a little something special to your machine at a low cost. We carry a variety of gas caps that will get you back on track – or back on the trail, as the case may be.
The first thing you need to do is identify what sort of fuel tank you have. If you have a stock tank on your quad, you might want to check out our OEM section. That’s where we have all OEM parts listed. But if you have an aftermarket tank, be sure to pick up a corresponding gas cap. For example, Clarke and IMS tanks both feature a thread that is unique. Stock gas caps will not work on them. Clark and IMS gas caps will not work on stock tanks, nor are they interchangeable with each other. We have both available directly on this page. Just make sure you order the right brand.
If you would like to add unique color and extra strength to your cap, consider our line of Tusk gas caps. Each is made out of billet aluminum and feature impressive anodized colors. They come in several styles, so whether you need a replacement for a stock, Clarke or IMS tank, you’ll find something for your ATV here. Take a look at the reviews to see why so many are switching from plastic to Tusk if you want to see for yourself.

bought this for my 2015 ktm 450 sxf. looks great, don't get me wrong. but when i have a full tank in my bike and hit jumps or bumps i have gas leaking out all over me, which is super annoying. so now i just leave about half a tank in my bike when i ride and i don't get as much spillage.Read All Reviews
