Motocross and Dirt Bike Seats and Covers

Keeping your dirt bike as comfortable as possible ensures that your stamina remains high and you don’t succumb to rider fatigue. Your seat is one of the most important elements of rider comfort. With the right seat, your dirt bike will feel great – you won’t even think about it at all. But if your seat is uncomfortable, you may find yourself thinking about it more than anything else while you ride.

When it’s time for a new dirt bike seat, you can count on Rocky Mountain ATV/MC to provide an excellent selection of choices. Consider some of the benefits you might get by installing an aftermarket solution like Enduro Engineering or SDG seats:

  • A different seat shape designed to increase rider comfort
  • Firmer or softer foam (depending on your preference)
  • A new, stylish color to make you stand out at the motocross track

If you’re finding yourself sliding too much during riding and you just want to improve the quality of grip that you get from your seat, you can simply replace the cover. In fact, a pleated seat cover will give you more grip than you ever felt with your stock cover. A new seat cover can also add an extra level of bling to your bike. We carry major names like One Industries, Factory Effex, Attack Graphics and Cycle Works. Take a moment to browse our selection.

    Great

08 250xc... Im 40 and ride hard but my rearend doesnt like it. This seat is GREAT. I got the soft standard height seat and love it. After 1.5 yrs of riding and much of it sitting, seat is still perfect. Not broken down, not ripped... nice. It is so much more comfortable than the stocker and you still dont bottom out your butt on the seat frame.

Great upgrade from stock, cover is thick and grippy, more durable than stock, foam is a bit stiffer than stock which is good, seems less likely to absorb water also. No problems.

Easy upgrade to a known weak spot

I recently added the Tusk panniers and decided it would be a good time to do this upgrade too. I already had the SW Motech crash bars installed and this kit fit perfect. Instructions are good and the video on here is a good tutorial.
