My previous tire was a Dunlop 240/40; the Avon 250 fits with no problems, looks better and handles better. The only question at this point is the durability. I have a friend who has been running this tire on his 2009 Muscle and he has had better durability with this than stock, so I expect similar results.Read All Reviews

Although these tires don't look very burly, they are surprisingly competent on just about any dry terrain. Compared to OEM semi-knob tires on KLR the Distanzia feels more grippy, even on loose gravel. They are no good once things get wet, as you would expect from looking at them. One other thing to note... these tires seem REALLY heavy compared to others used.Read All Reviews

After going through 2 Bridgestone Battle axes, and only getting 7,000 miles out of each , then trying a Bridgestone Exedra and getting 8,500. on the front. I decided to try the Avon Cobra when I went darkside on the rear. I could not be happier with the Avon, 11,000 miles so far, and just starting to show wear. Great handling tire and runs quiet. Best tire for a heavy bike....Read All Reviews

Tire really handles very well. Went from central Ca. to Co. pulling tent trailer and never had any problems. Trip included "Million Dollar Highway" and bike handled very well. Tire is great on grooved concrete highways which makes many tires walk up and down the grooves and makes the trailer whip. This tire does have a tendency to start "cupping" and I'm going to replace it before the thread is even close to wearing out, but it's low cost and good handling make it worth it.Read All Reviews
