    These are durable!

I replaced my previously warn reeds with these boyesen reeds and they have been solid and havent broke down at all. I run these in the stock reed cage and it made a noticeable difference in engine crispness. And the fiber reeds are a good price.

    Is this even real?

Okay, I'm just gonna go ahead and get the bad juju out of the way first. When I first put it on, the fact that there is no drain screw did kind of concern me, since the gas was constantly overflowing for some reason. Come to find out, I needed to just shut the gas off when I shut the bike itself off, and turn the gas back on when I started it back up. Took some slight jetting adjustments, along with some air/fuel mixture adjustments and other things. The adjustments did somewhat change the way I start my bike up, but it doesn't bother me. Now let me get to the sweet stuff. My bog is gone. I don't know how it works, but it does. I would literally try and try to make it bog, but it will not bog or hesitate. It's unreal. I paired this with the R&D Flex Jet and quick fuel mixture adjustments are not even a problem. For the people who don't want to buy a pricy bike with EFI, buy this bad boy right here.

    Nifty little thing

This thing is pretty nice. I hear about people complaining about them seizing up and after a while, being hard to turn (even with pliers and vise grips). I just keep mine soaked in lube or WD-40 after every ride and every time I wash it. Sometimes I take it out and keep it serviced so it won't get stuck. Makes air/fuel mixture adjustments so easy now. A must have for people with carbureted bikes in my opinion. Can't go wrong with one.

Makes a difference paired with the Grunt

When installing, surprised to see how the airbox was semi closed off. Front wheel comes up quick now. Be sure to pair it with the Grunt exhaust flange for best results.

Awesome Idea Air Tight Fit Keeps out Sand

This is an awesome idea. Instead of the stock plastic unit with grease to keep it air tight this unit clamps over the rubber intake boot and clamps down which eliminates any chance of any dust, sand or water getting into the air. It uses a hose clamp to secure the special made air filter onto the unit. I put these on my brand new bikes before I even ride them to avoid costly repairs if anything particles were to enter into the engine through the air box. I didn't notice any power gains but changing the air filter is so much easier and faster now.
