This item was listed as working on this machine Z400 Suzuki 2006. I had to mill the holes to get it to fit properly with only 2 holes. It would not line up for a 4 hole match no matter what I did, so I settled on just 2 holes which should work fine with the 10 LED light unit I put on. The price is very good and other than having to modify the mount to use it on this quad the quality is good. The bridge in the center should be wider [front to back] to allow for modifications if needed and something should be made to go with the mount [plate] for the mounting of the key switch and maybe the indicator lights. A plate that mounts between the side arms via bolts. Really like being able to add LED lights to the quad but all the additional work might be a bit much for some.Read All Reviews

I thought these were going to be the answer to my problems. I needed something that was bright with low current draw. So I picked up a set of these. They worked great for a month or two. Then one bulb burned out and then another. I call Warn and told them they were burning out and they sent be a new bulb for free. Then after more use I had another bulb burn out. Called again and they sent me two replacements. I am thinking there is some sort of problem if they are so quick to send out free replacements. Then when installing the new bulbs I noticed a fine silver powder in the light housing. The ballast and not secured down and rattle around and were pretty much falling apart. So I had to use some RTV to secure the ballast in place. As of right now I have one headlight working and one not. For the amount of money spent I would suggest getting LEDs. Which seem to be almost bullet proof.Read All Reviews
