Have had these radiators on since 2009 with no problems whatsoever. Not sure about the guy that had issues but no issues here. Never overheated and we ride Ocotillo Wells desert even in July with over 100 degree temps. Regular season we ride dunes and that puts a huge load on the bike without any trouble. Riding in the forest of Kennedy Meadows or Wildomar with slow speeds shows no sign of stress. Now is 2015 and that is six years. Fluidyne is a reputable company that many four and two wheel racers trust and so should you if you are into superb quality! Hope this helps others not shy away due to one bad experience. I saw 19 people respond to that isolated incident from over 4 years ago. Buy American when possible and support local vendors!Read All Reviews

This radiator fit nearly perfect. The tank shroud bolt flange is formed at the wrong angle. I took a pair of pliers and easily bent it to where it should have been. Other than that, fit is great. Radiator cap is a little rougher to turn than OEM, but its probably just some machining ridges that will smooth out after a few uses. Feels heavy duty and looks really nice.Read All Reviews

Bought this radiator a week ago and am very satisfied with it so far. Ended up putting it on my son's 2007 Kawasaki KLR650. Worked out well. Fit on easily, works like a charm. My only concern was the hardware. It seems that you need to use your old hardware with the new radiator. Not a big deal in our case. Hope this helps someone save a few hundred bucks on a radiator. We have both the Mylers, and Tusk and performance-wise they are very similar. (The Tusk radiator is just much cheaper)Read All Reviews

Doesn't fit with KTM hard parts rad guards and probably doesn't work with any other rad guards. Different shape and bigger than OEM. The biggest hassle is that it doesn't include the washers and rubber grommets needed to mount. Chances are these parts won't be reusable from the rad you're replacing and you'll need to order OEM washers and grommets. The OEM mounting hardware is about $5.00 and should be included for convenience. Bike is an '09 KTM 450 EXC. TECH NOTE: Oversized radiators will not allow the use of radaitor braces or guards. Uses all OEM hardware.Read All Reviews
