    A landfill in Salina

I didn't buy this from RMATV but I thought I'd save you the trouble and review it. I had this thing strapped to the hilt with extra straps and anything I could do to keep it solid on the fender. Rode one afternoon in the wasatch mts and figured it was ready for my 500 mile ride to southern Utah. It lasted 45 minutes ruined my fender and broke every strap on the bag. It was donated to the local landfill. Unless you ride around on the highway it will not last.

    Lasted 2 Rides

Nice bag but the strap design is poor, thus making the whole product useless. The straps attach to the fender with little metal clips that work well, however the straps ride through the thin metal clips. In less than 2 rides the metal clips wore through the straps. I patched it together to make it home, but the bag is now garbage.

    Not as good as expected

Wolfman has a good reputation for quality, so I bought this bag before a week-long trip to Moab. I wasn't really happy with the bag. Good: Appears to be made of quality materials. Bad: Even though I had the straps cinched down tightly, the bag was continuously coming loose. At every stop I had to turn around and check the bag. With the bumps of the terrain, the straps would gradually loosen, allowing the contents of the bag to start bouncing all over the place, and also stressing the plastic mounting plate it sits on. If you remove the bag for a short run where tools/water/etc. aren't needed, you'll have to figure out what to do with the long straps, otherwise they'll just be loose and flapping around. In retrospect, I wish I had bought the less expensive, simpler Tusk bag, which I've used on a prior bike with no issues.

    Acerbis Fender Tool Pack

    Didn't last long

I have had two of these on my bike. Both tore at the seam where the bottom attaches to the side. First one lasted a few months, the second lasted a few weeks. My tools where inside a tool role and I made sure the pull the straps on the tool pack tight before each ride. I wouldn't risk buying another one. Moved my tools into a hydration pack I have.

    great luggage

used this bag on a sportbike for an 11 day ride and was very happy with it. heavy rain one day but everything stayed pretty dry. easy on and off the bike once you figure out the straps. it is best to fill it full of pillows and paper to give it shape and then figure out your tie down points. would buy this bag again
