    Nice boots

I love the boot, run a little big so ordered a size smaller than I wear. Right fits perfect, left a little tight (that's me, my left foot is larger than right) but put a stretcher in and its fine.

    Great budget boot

I needed a new pair of boots for a sport-touring trip that had to be waterproof. I have worn Sidi boots for ADV riding for forever, and was hesitant to stray from big brands like that. After adding a D30 footbed insert I couldn't be happier with these boots. They fit true to sizing and allow good mobility for shifting, but they feel sturdy and have good protection implements. They breathe better than I expected in hot places. A few scuffs are already evident on the leather around the toe after a 4000 mile trip, but at this price I am not complaining as much as observing. Walked around a ton at MotoGP and was not reminded of the money I saved on boots. Would buy again.

Decent shoe that has a more protection than a sneaker

After a ride and wearing all day at work: Not too bad, the upper is a bit stiff, but that should break in quickly. Good grip on the soles, stiff-ish sole with a polymer shank. Don't breathe super well so you may get a bit sweaty during hot hot days.

Well to start, the 'Dual density ankle protectors' seem to just be a rigid puck about the size of your ankle bone on either side of your foot. They seemed held in place enough, but you could definitely still break your ankle in these. There is a small composite toe box, so there is a lot of protection against braking toes, but not so rigid that the shoe doesn't flex with you as you walk. The sole of the shoe is where most of the protection is, it is very rigid to side impact, but still bends with your foot. I've had these shoes for about 7 months of riding, and they have held up well, although are beginning to show signs of breaking down. It's more flexible than it used to be, which is more comfortable but I'm sure less protective. The shoe's insole is completely flat, no arch support at all, just some felt cushioning. But that is replaceable. This shoe only fits slightly large. I go between 11's and 11.5, and the 11 fits perfect
