When you hop into your UTV for a trek across some gnarly terrain, it’s important to make sure that you’re ready for whatever may come your way. By design, UTVs already offer more protection than other powersport vehicles since they come stock with roll cages and seatbelts. But what if you’d like additional personal protection? UTV roost deflectors might be just the thing – especially if you don’t have a windshield on your machine. If you’re traveling along with a couple of buddies ahead of you, a roost deflector can keep you safe from any debris that they might kick up.
We’ve got a large variety of UTV roost deflectors, and we stock the big names you expect to see in this industry: Answer, EVS, Fox, Leatt, MSR, O’Neal, Scott, Six Six One, Thor and many others. While all of them have provided products that fulfill one primary function – chest protection – there are many different styles and designs to choose from. Some are flashy; some are subtle. Some are extensive; others are simple. Some are designed with a variety of additional features. But all of them do the job and do it well. Browse our selection today to see for yourself.

Tried this and the 3D Airfit and felt like this provides much better protection around the whole upper body. It's fairly bulky compared to the 3D Airfit but when riding I don't notice the bulk. It gets a little hot if the temps get over 75 or 80 and you are doing more pushing/lifting than riding, but if you can keep the pace up the air flow is good and heat isn't too bad. Took one low side in some pebble rock/dirt and the shoulder pad took all the impact and didn't show any signs of damage. This protector is probably overkill for trail riding, but better safe than sorry. The first one that RM shipped had a broken zipper out of the box (zipper ends are plastic and seem like they might not last long). They sent me a new one and I had it two days later just in time for a big trip. If the zippers last, I think this will be a good investment. Until they are proven though, I can't give it a full 5 star. Upgrade the zipper and this would be exactly what I was looking for.Read All Reviews

I purchased this chest protector over the others because I thought it would offer solid protection against tree impacts while racing in tight woods sections. After taking this out of the packaging the shoulder pads each fell off my very first time trying it on. I am very dissapointed with the design and I do not believe that this item will withstand any kind of impact without the shoulder pads detaching and flopping around my arms during a race. I will be returning this item for either a cheaper chest protector without shoulder pads, or a different brand with a better design.Read All Reviews
