Dirt Bike Kill Switches

The old adage safety first has never been truer than with dirt bikes – a large, unbalanced machine operating at high speeds across uneven terrain. If you make safety your priority, then you can relax instead of worry whenever you go riding. That’s why if your dirt bike isn’t equipped with a properly operating kill switch to stop the ignition in a hurry, it’s time to get a replacement from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. We carry kill switches in a variety of styles and brands, including Tusk and Moose Racing. All you need to do is enter your bike’s make, model and year to see exactly which aftermarket kill switches will fit it. This ensures that installing your new dirt bike kill switch is as headache-free as possible. And once it’s install, when you need to kill the engine quickly, you’ll know that you can. (If you would prefer an OEM kill switch, we have those too. We carry OEM parts from most major dirt bike manufacturers.) We also carry a universal Tusk on/off switch, which can be utilized as a kill switch (among other things). When you need a quality dirt bike kill switch, you know that you can count on Rocky Mountain ATV/MC!

    Performance, reliability

Works very well, easy to install! The clip for the ground is a very snug fit which takes a good amount of force to unplug to kill the machine. My son has fallen off before at a very slow speed and it bucked him off a little bit during a race, didnt kill the machine because the cord was long enough to prevent that. But he has also flipped his machine and it was enough force to pull the clip and killed the machine. Works just like I need it to for racing!

1/10 of the retail cost of a new OEM switch

I needed a new on/off switcj. Full retail from the manufacturer was $59 so I called a dealer buddy of mine. His cost was $38 next I looked at Rocky mountain and got a switch that was almost identical for $9.95 of course I needed to splice 2 wires to make it plug in. But the savings and speed of shipping made it well worth it !
