I bought these for the Trans America Trail this summer. 6500 miles with them and they are still in one piece! A bit larger than I would’ve liked, but manageable. Ventilation was nice and has plenty of pocket space. Zippers have exceeded my expectations in durability. Waterproofing was good, except when water would pool up in the lap area and eventually seep through when seated on the bike. Just keep water from pooling. After kneeling and working on the bike a bunch, the knee areas look worn and will probably be the first to rip. But for the price, I will buy again. I can’t justify paying for Klim, especially with how tough I am on pants.Read All Reviews

I bought these to compliment my Badlands (2016) jacket. Even though I am female, I wish to have the superior textiles that is only currently offered in the mens line at KLIM. In other words, I do crash and I want full protection too! I have 30.5 inch inseam, so the fact that the Pro version now had short inseam sizes, I pulled the plug and coughed up the money. The fit for me is excellent. I do have hips, but it wasn't a problem. I am still able to utilize the hip protection pads. The sizing was the same as my cargo pants sizing. Ventilation is adequate, but when you stand, it works great, like most pants. If you want the best protection, just get it! It will last forever because of the quality of materials, provided you don't have a hard road crash. Recommend? You Bet!Read All Reviews

I bought these pants to replace my worn out KLIMs. When I received them I tried them on and they initially felt pretty good. I got a chance to test them during a 7 day Oregon BDR trip last week. Within a couple hours the knee pads had rubbed against my knees so bad that I could barely get on and off the bike. Absolute misery! There was absolutely no way to sit comfortably in these pants. The other issue is that they are very "high-wasted" which means they continually ride up high while you are in the saddle, creating lots of pain and discomfort in the crotch area. I had to constantly stand up and pull them down, which helped for a couple of minutes before they started to ride back up. I still can't get over how they chaffed my knees so bad. There is little articulation in the knees which results in them bunching up behind your knees, creating more chaffing. The temps ranged between 65 and 107. Even with the vents open, these pants aren't comfortable in anything over 80 degrees. Over 80, and you're going to be sweaty for the rest of the day. I'll be getting rid of these immediately and looking for something else to try.Read All Reviews
