    Surprising Performance and Value

I bought a set of Trak Master II tires to take a trip off-roading. I have since been riding on these same tires as a daily commuter and have over 2,000 miles on the pair. The rear is showing its use but still has safe tread left on it. They dig well in the dirt and grab well on the road. I will definitely be purchasing these again in the future. Excellent value for tires.

    Amazing Tire

I have only been doing the dirt moto thing for about 6 months but I was able to see from the reviews that the D606 is a favorite DS/trail riding tire. I picked up a used KLX250 outfitted with a Shinko Trials tire that recently started slipping too much in all conditions. I put on the burley D606 and my riding went to a new level. The grip for climbing is amazing and it is very smooth and stable when motoring back home through the paved canyon roads. Good rubber is critical for safety and performance and this tire has exceeded my expectations on and off road.

    Sticky and excellent life

I was a devote Metzeler user, but when they switched to Chinese manufacturing the quality went downhill immediately. I ordered a pair of TR91's and installed them, and was instantly happy with the ride quality. What shocked me was how well they worked in rain, how sticky the are in cornering and not giving me any reason to clench my cheeks, and on top of all of that, they just didn't seem to go away, either.. I ended up changing them before their time was due because I had a 3000 mile ride in front of me and I figured there was a safe 2000 left in them.. Because they still had life left, and they still handled very well, I ended up spooning them on later.. I ended up getting another 3500 miles out of them before changing, and at that point I was just to the wear bars.. Anyway, because of the excellent ride in wet and dry, stickiness, and great life span I've ordered another set to spoon on soon.

    Rear great, front so-so

I've got ~1500 miles on the front and back and just about to pull them off. Front tire side knobs started tearing right away. This possibly may have been from crawling up the side rim of our loading ramp on trailer and not from getting rad in the corners. Regardless, it was disappointing; however, a friend is running the front with no knob shear.. The rear has been great. it was a little slick in the beginning, but possibly from too much tire pressure. After a little break in it has provided great traction in all conditions (Idaho desert and mountains), even after substantial wear. The tire has worn great, lasted much longer than anticipated. I haven't gotten a pinch flat front or rear using HD tubes but with several rock hits resulting in rim dings. Will definitely run the rear again, and might give the front one more chance.

    Great life

I've had this tire on my bike for a while and have taken it offroad. I used to run 33psi but now run stock pressure because it's more comfortable both on and offroad. It works surprisingly well offroad. It runs a little warmer after riding on the freeway at stock pressure, but I haven't had any problems. I've taken a nail and a screw to the tire so far. The nail was about an inch into a shoulder tread block and didn't penetrate the tube, the screw went straight between the tread blocks and it was all over for the tube. Replaced the tube and all is well.
