Sportbike Tires from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC

Whether you’re on the track, commuting to work or cruising the drag, your sportbike tires need to be ready for anything. Today’s tires look better than ever, exhibiting a sleek, refined appearance. The tread pattern is designed to convey an elegant – yet focused – approach. From the extravagant to the classical, there’s a tire for every style of rider.

Of course, while no one can deny the visual appeal of today’s sportbike tires, everyone knows that’s only half the story. The real value in a tire lies not in its looks, but in its performance. Does it give you the necessary traction to accelerate and stop at an elite level? Does it deliver enhanced cornering ability to carve sharper corners? These tires are all about providing the handling that you expect from a sportbike. And quite frankly, without the right tires, what’s the point?

We carry the brands you’d expect to see – names which are renowned for their high quality tires. Here are just a few of our most popular options:

• Dunlop
• Michelin
Bridgestone
• Pirelli
• Shinko
• Continental

Whether you need to be on the cutting edge of race tire technology or just want to outfit an older bike with traditional (yet reliable) tires, you’ll find what you need for your sportbike here. worth the buy

honestly was a bit skiddish about changing from my Dunlop q3's. but needed something that lasted a bit longer on my 02 cbr 1100xx blackbird (weights 550 lbs by its self, a tire eater). but I was torn between these the z8, or perelli angles, due to the funds I had at that time. but for 183$ front and back I couldn't resist. I read some reviews, mainly the bad ones and they were childish and lack of common sense honestly. but to be fair and truthful, these tires are really not bad at all. the grip in the dry is 8 out of 10 wet is more like 7 out of 10, tread life is amazing considering I usually only get 2500 miles out of most other tires on my bike, are they track worthy, I think not. they don't have the grip I need for the track and don't seem to heat up well. now ive put 5500 miles on my set and need a back, which is awesome for what I put these through. daily and I do mean daily 150+ pulls on the highway 2 semi light burn outs and 3 runs to the beach and back from Huntsville al to panama fl, then weekend mountain rides and still crushed out 5500 miles. so for the price and play its more than worth it. hope this helps and like I said no the best but good enough for the price lol

Great tire but not as sticky as I would like

This is a great tire but not as sticky as I would like. I used the Bridgestone BT003 and S20 which seems to be stickier. I mostly ride twisted mountain roads. When the front is worn a little I can feel it slipping.

Road 3's. Good value, handles well. Look out Miche...

Ride: 16 Concours 1400 After burning thru the stock rubber i opted for Angel Spec a's. I got 8300 miles on those. To replace the Angel's i carefully chose the R3's. I read/viewed reviews, listened to people in forums and i my mind was made up. 1st impression, they handle well and ride better than the Spec a's. I only have a few hundred miles on them now so as fsr as wear we we see. I have yet to ride em in wet conditions.
