Whether on the track or trail, don’t go unprotected. ATV chest protectors not only protect from roost thrown up by other machines, they can also save you from the pain of that unexpected branch around the corner or that fall you didn’t plan on.
Fortunately, there are plenty of options. Many chest protectors are designed to fit over your jersey, and they are built to look great as well as offer the fortification you need. But not all of them are designed this way, so if you don’t like the idea of obstructing your jersey, don’t sweat it. We also have roost deflectors that can fit underneath your jersey.
Today’s technology enables chest protectors the ability to offer an exceptional level of protection without restricting movement or otherwise making you feel uncomfortable. We’ve got the top brands that are known for quality, including Leatt, EVS, Fox Racing, Thor and many others. Take a look to see for yourself.

Comes in handy on cooler days. but I cut the ends of the sleeves off as they are tight around the wrist. Im 6'2 250 also. You will need to superglue the zippers on the kidney belt/back protector to keep them from coming loose, too bulky for hot days.Read All Reviews

Pros: - The integration with neck brace is great along with the options of running it under and over jackets and jerseys. Quality construction. Good rib and side protection. Good comfort on the torso. Cons: - Shoulder pads need to be better attached to the body section, they come unhooked very easily. Also the tend to slide around to the backside of the upper arms. Would like to see bigger and more protective shoulder and arm pads with an easier system of attachment, removal and articulation. Cons: With riding in it for a few months now the design of the shoulder and arm pads is real frustrating. They come off when putting on, the pop off while riding, they slide down the arm or move to the back of the arm/shoulder. - I have a hard time believing that they actually did any product testing before releasing. - I have all integration point wrapped in duct tape to keep it in place.Read All Reviews

I am a big guy so most Chest protectors look like I'm wearing a plastic bra. The Airframe is the only one that comes in an XL size and at least covers my chest. I'm on my third airframe. On most I have had to re glue the shoulders as they are glued in with a small layer of silicone. I have ripped a few mounts out of the plastic and wish there was a little more meat there so I didn't have to buy new ones as often. If someone else made a chest protector that fit a somebody who is 6'4" tall and all torso I would probably give it a try but for now this is really the only option.Read All Reviews

i havent used this on the track yet but it fits very well and is light weight you still have plenty of movement without feeling restricted. i previously bought a bigger leatt protector that i found to be very protective but way to hot and constricting i paid close to 260 for it and wore it three times and it sitting in the garage now. I am very happy with the way this fits and looks under the jersey! time will tell how long it holds up!Read All Reviews
