Bought these to replace the B-stone 403/404 I had been running on a recommendation from a couple of fellow racers. Can't say enough about the grip when used in the recommended conditions especially the front. I ride and race on So. Cal MX tracks only no trail or desert.Read All Reviews

This is the best tire you can buy for hare scrambles. It has held up great and it is the dominant tire on the track. Works well and lasts great. Would recommend to anyone. I put this on every bike I own.Read All Reviews

I had read a lot of good things about Motoz, not the least of which is DOT approved, which is one reason I thought I'd give them a try. My first impressions were wow, this think is squirrely, coming off of a Pirelli MT 16 that seemed like it was hooking up on everything. I ran the desert 100 poker run and race with this tire, and it seemed to be a more stable and predictable. After riding a bunch more in Western Washington lowland forests with soft dirt, lots of roosting, and a fair amount of wet roots to get stuck on during short hill climbs I have noticed the first row of knobs to the side are chunking pretty badly. This is sort of weird as the center knobs aren't chunking. Not sure whats up with that. Also, this isn't the best tire for tubliss, since the inside of the bead has molded in ridges radiating out from the wheel so your rim lock has good bite, but for tubliss it makes for hella time trying to get a seal. So, all in all, still not sure where I stand. As a DOT, maybe not bad, it is stiffer, and with tubliss I am running mostly 10-12lbs unless it is really rocky. I can't give it 5 stars because of the chunking, and reluctant to give it 4 because of how squirrely it seems at times. I will probably try a different tread next time, either another Motoz or another DOT approved. Also, I went with the 110/100, which is stock size, but is probably to dang small for this bike.Read All Reviews
