ATV Clutch Kits

Does working on your quad’s clutch sound intimidating? It shouldn’t! Replacing a clutch is surprisingly easy if you follow the right steps. With one of the ATV clutch kits from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, you’ll be well on your way to getting a new clutch in your four wheeler.

We’ve got kits from major brands like EBC, Pro X, Tusk and others (depending on what’s available for your machine). Each one comes with two sets of plates (friction plates and metal plates such as steel). When placed in alternating patterns, these two sets of plates are what compose the body of the clutch. Some clutch kits include a spring set, but others don’t. Determine whether you will be using your existing springs, and then make your purchasing decisions accordingly.

You might also be interested in the Rekluse z-Start Pro, available on certain machines. It transforms your quad’s clutch system into an automatic clutch, removing all need of using the clutch lever. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, you’ll appreciate and enjoy its capabilities.

We also have a few other clutch components. For example, for some ATVs, we have clutch baskets, hubs, pressure plates or cover gaskets.

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is the place to get ATV clutch kits. We offer exceptionally low prices and ship at lightning fast speeds. Check out our YouTube video to see how easy it is to replace your clutch, then order one today!

  • Tusk Clutch Cover Gasket

    not for rfs, apparently

    never understood how a gasket could be inherently "bad" but this guy would not seal on my 525. i was astonished at how much this leaked compared to the factory "ktm" gasket i purchased later, after reading reviews about how the Tusk for whatever reason wont seal a ktm. there is a huge difference in material between the two, with tusk being green fiber and ktm being something . . . .im not sure how to describe but it is i think a grey fiber with maybe a coat of silicone. i put an extra, thin layer of rtv on the ktm gasket and it leaves not a trace of oil. the tusk would drip before my eyes. im not an idiot and have been wrenching on things for a while so i cant chalk it up to "mis-tightened" bolts

    Tusk = Old Reliable

    Never go wrong with a tusk clutch. Low cost and good reliability. Springs are really tight - better have strong clutch fingers.
