Looking for a new flywheel for your ATV? Upgrading your flywheel with one that has a different weight can make some positive changes to your ride. Heavier flywheels allow the engine to operate more smoothly, and you’re less likely to have idling problems. They distribute power more evenly, making them ideal for off-road riding.
If you’re replacing the flywheel, make it easy on yourself with a flywheel puller. It’s a simple tool that makes the job short and easy. It will save you time, money and frustration.

Can go real low without clutch work and worrying about stalling. Took the wild hit out of the powerband and is much smoother now. There is not as much wheel spin either. Coupled with steel clutch plates my bike is much easier to ride in tight trails.Read All Reviews

This was an awesome add-on for my 450 and was easy to install. bought it with a Tusk fly wheel puller and swapped it out during an oil change. Now my bike makes really clean controllable power throughout its entire RPM range and with no noticeable sacrifice to the top end. I immediately noticed the bike hooks a lot better with less unwanted wheel spin and is not nearly as pronounced to stall while lugging it thru technical sections of the trail. Should of came stock in the bike in my opinion. I also like it on the track helps out big time with the ole accidental whiskey throttle toward the end of the day when your arms are spent.Read All Reviews
