If your existing quad’s setup isn’t quite as comfortable as you’d like, you might want to consider upgrading to a new set of ATV handlebars. They come in a variety of sizes and bends. This allows you to identify a more comfortable riding arrangement.
At Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, we stock a variety of handlebars, ensuring that you have plenty of options when it comes to your four wheeler. Just take a look at a few of the brands we carry:
Most brands offer several different choices. Of course, the color is left up completely to your preference, but there are a few details you’ll want to take note of. Handlebars come in either 7/8" or 1 1/8" sizes. This refers to the diameter of the actual handlebar tube. Of course, the 1 1/8" size is stronger.
You’ll also need to consider which bend you want (which is essentially its shape). Most handlebar brands include an ATV-specific bend. While you should consider this, it isn’t mandatory. Take a look at the sizing chart included on each page to help you decide which bend to get.
If you’re looking for handlebars of superb quality to help reduce wrist pain or arm pump, you can’t go wrong with Fasst Flexx. Just take a look at the customer reviews we’ve collected to see why they come so highly recommended.
If you need a new set of ATV handlebars, you can’t go wrong with Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. Browse our selection now to see what is available.

Always good to replace them as they age and wear and don’t perform as they should.Read All Reviews

I used this item to replace the handlebars for my kids TTR-110's and the fit is good. It was a little bit lower than OEM and a bit more wide. I ended up cutting 1 1/2 inches at each end. The result is perfect. Best bang for the buck.Read All Reviews

The 3 bars you'll be interested in for sub-mount steering dampers is Carmichael, Husqvarna and Steering Damper Low. I did not like the Carmichael bend because it had too much sweep and was tipped too far back when in position on the bike and overall just did not feel right. The Husqvarna and SDL bars felt very similar when in position on the bike, and both very similar to the OEM KTM bars on my bike but 1" lower to account for the sub-mount damper. The Husqvarna bars felt just the slightest bit taller (actually 1.5 mm) and had just the slightest (almost not measurable) additional sweep. It also had the longest controls areas (even AFTER I cut 15 mm off each side) and therefore the shortest clamp area. I chose the Husqvarna bars because I thought they would better fit all of my controls (I add some additional stuff to my bars), and I don't need the longer clamp area because I run the BBR top clamps that my hand guards attach directly to, so I don't need clamping area for the inner hand guard clamp on my bars. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO RUN CRM TYPE CYCRA hand guards, you should buy the Steering Damper Low bars so you will have room for the hand guard clamps in the clamping area.Read All Reviews
