ATV Chain Guides, Chain Rollers and Case Guards

At Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, we stock a variety of ATV chain rollers. They’ll help protect your chain and keep your ATV in the best shape possible. Take a look at the brands we stock:

  • MSR
  • Primary Drive
  • TM Designworks
  • All Balls
  • Polisport

You can find either upper or lower chain rollers here. Some of the brands even offer a color selection as well. With so many options, it’s easy to see that when you need to replace your old chain rollers, this is the best place to find new ones. And if you’d like a bit of an upgrade to help control the chain better, you might consider an aftermarket chain slider. You can check the customer reviews for recommendations on which ones.

We also carry a number of case guards or case savers as a measure of added protection in case your chain breaks. Once more, we’ve assembled a list of fantastic brands to give you plenty of options:

  • Topar Racing
  • Pro Design
  • Modquad
  • Tusk

Whether you’re looking for ATV chain rollers or case guards, you’ll find them here at Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. Go ahead and utilize our Parts Finder to see what we have in stock that will fit your ATV.

This is a definite improvement over stock. It's much wider so it matches the width of the chain. The stock chain cover has to be removed so it does leave the face of the sprocket and the front of the chain area more exposed. High quality and fits great.

Not so sure about Plastic, but here it goes

Not so sure how this will hold up but it bolted right up. I did have to get some longer bolts for it, so I dinged it for fitment. I like the idea of the polymer chain guide. I guess we will find out how durable it is when I slam it into some rocks.

    I broke the Stock block

I noticed a crack in the left hand side rear axle block of the bike where the axle treads into the block. So I pick these up. When I took the axle out of the bike, the block fell apart. They give you a nice threaded block to jamb the axle nut against to install the threaded block and so far so good!! Looks pretty trick as well.

    Disappointing

I installed one on my banshee and it basically wore out in a few hours of riding. I thought it was odd my chain was loose after i adjusted it before my dune trip. Upon inspection the chain guide had about a 1/4in groove worn in it. It had only been installed and used about 6 hours.
