Very good braking on the right dirt

I was using this on a clay track that had a perfect amount of moisture and I was really happy with how it tracked. I will buy again, esp. for a practice tire, as it wore well, too. The harder and rockier the track got, the less value this tire had. It's a soft terrain tire, so I won't judge it based on what it isn't designed for. Put it on a plowed track and it will haul.

    I like this tire.

When the tire is new, it seems to wear pretty fast. I then seems to slow down once it's worn in and seems to last quite a while. I got 800 miles on the last one. Granted, it was pretty well shot at 800, but not unsafe to ride.

    Didn't Last Long

I bought this tire because a lot of guys I know rave about it. It is a very meaty tire with deep lugs that work great in sand and other soft terrain. If you ride single track trails in the woods and run on hard pack a lot this may not me the tire for you. I only got three rides out of it in the mountains and it was smoked. I will be going with something different next time.

Pirelli Scorpion XC Soft To Mid Terrain

It was time to replace my tires and i was paining over which way to go. The tires that came off were Pirelli XC Mid-Hard. Being on Long Island our terrain is a mix of sand and loam. The Mid-Softs are excellent. Great wearing tire as well. I ride on the street about 7 miles to my riding area. Tire is holding up fantastic with no chunking or tearing. I highly recommend.
