When you love the dirt but need to go on the streets too, get a dual sport tire that performs on both with the Kenda K760 Trakmaster II Tire. With the Trakmaster you get a DOT Compliant tire made with a robust 6 ply carcass that delivers positive cornering on grippy tarmac and loose dirt.

Tall, aggressive knobs make up the tread pattern and help make the Trakmaster more than capable off road. But the rubber compound, relatively close lug layout, and DOT Compliant rating mean the Trakmaster is also good for about 10% on-road use. Perfect for when you need to take your enduro or dual-sport on paved roads to get from one trail to the next.

    Specs:
  • DOT certified tire for your on/off road dual sport
  • D.O.T. Compliant 90% dirt / 10% street
  • Tall, aggressive knobs create a capable off-road tread pattern
  • Bead and sidewall construction deliver positive cornering on dirt and asphalt
  • Strong 6-ply rated carcass

120 rear is almost too wide for XT250
I replaced a rear Shinko 244 with this. The difference in traction and handling has been significant, in Florida/Alabama dirt and sand. Not enough time to comment on tread life, but for the price, I won't be bothered if they don't last too long.

I went with a 120 rear, and on a 2008 XT250, it is almost too wide. It fits, but there isn't much clearance. I had to bend the chain guard out. Next time I will probably get a 110 or maybe a 100 instead.

The business
Really surprised by this tire. It's really predictable and gives me confidence when I'm doing controlled slides. Hill climb, hill descend, hard acceleration. Everything feels great with these tires. I slapped these bad boys on the front and rear of my plated rmz 450.

For the riding that I do I'm surprised they lasted as long as they did. I probably did 40% dirt 60% pavement because of my location. I put 66 hours and 1700 on the rear and front. I'm in the state of Washington for terrain comparison.

Only place it suffers is solf dry sand but what doesnt besides a paddle. Is it impossible no. I took this to ocean shore and had a blast on compacted sand. You'll find yourself loosing grip in Loose rocks. But nothing I'll complain about.

Street performance was expected out of a knobby. I push hard on the street. Leaning, acceleration, wheelies and never suffered from torn off knobs. Or slipping unless I'm on the last edge knobby speeding up.

Without a tubeless set up my tire pressure ranged from 8 to 15 depend on the terrain.

I would definitely recommend this tire, gave a wrongly order 18 inch to a friend of mine and talking about this makes me want to by another.

Great DOT Rubber at Half the Price
Great 90% Off-road 10% Road Tire - Hooks up Great in local Mountains 3500 “ 6000 feet Terrain and down in the desert (Ocotillo Wells). Price is right! Why spend double? Torquey bikes will eat through rear tires quickly., so this price allows riders to keep excellent performing rubber on your bike at half the price throughout the year.

Why Mess With Success?
This has become my go to rear tire on all of my dual purpose and dedicated off road dirt bikes. I have never tried a front Trackmaster II based on numerous less than enthusiastic reviews.I recently installed one of these tires with a Maxxis Trialmaxx front tire. (Both DOT rated tires). I really like this combination on my vintage Honda XR 200.

Great DOT for the price
Works pretty well and lasts a long time. Plenty of life left after a 7 day 1,014 mile ride on a WR450 hauling 30 extra pounds of camping gear through the CO rockies. About 80% trail, 15% pavement and 5% in the air. Hit everything from wet pavement in the rain/sleet to rough rocky single track and the tire held up better than expected and gets pretty good traction on all surface conditions.

really happy with this tire
I put a Kenda TrackMaster on my DRZ 400S and it seems to be the perfect back tire for my bike. it hooks up really well in all sorts of terrain. I'm running it about 14 psi in soft sand and I use 22-25 psi on the street. I can ride really slow in unfamiliar terrain knowing that this tire has enough bite to pull up hills. I feel a lot safer when I don't need to use a lot of inertia to cross obstacles,

DOT Monster
In the loam/dirt this thing rips. I wouldn't hammer down the hardball with it but from trail to trail it will serve it's intended purpose. Definitely going to enjoy wearing this one down

Had to try it
Some of the guys in ride with have been swearing by K760s for our desert riding, so I thought I'd give it a try. We have a mix of sand, caliche, and rocks, so we opt for rock durability and give up soft terrain traction. And you can't beat the price. It doesn't like the sand, as expected, but the knobs are holding up, unlike the Michelin Starcross I had on previous.

Is the tire labeled Trackmaster "2', or just Trackmaster? I bought a front and it just says Trackmaster like it's old stock
Peter P on Jun 25, 2017
Is it a soft compound tire?
A shopper on Apr 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: More of an intermediate to hard compound. Pretty durable, no-frills tire. Holds up well to dual sport riding.
What does the 62m stand for?
A shopper on Apr 20, 2018
BEST ANSWER: 62m stands for the load capacity and speed rating. This number (62) represents the load carrying maximum capacity at maximum pressure which is 580 lbs. M represents the maximum speed under recommended load capacity. M=81 mph.
I have been running 13 psi off-road but it’s brutal on road any on road psi suggestions?
Sean H on May 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I never run any tire under 15 unless ur on groomed mx track. Even with ultra heavy tube because flats really suck.
The track master is a pretty good dirt bike tire, it’s not going to do well on the street
But try a little more air pressure
does this require a tube?
Sam W on Jun 27, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It does, although you can run tubliss with it as well or nitro mouse
My stock tire is a 120/80 18. Will this trakmaster which is 120/100 18 fit my rim? I have a crf 450L.
Brandon W on Apr 22, 2019
BEST ANSWER: This tire will fit your 450. This tire is great for tough trail use. You may sacrifice longevity with the aggressive tread but gain off road performance and at this price it my favorite tire. I ride mostly difficult backwoods in Colorado with minimal street use.
What size tube fits this tire?
Kris B on Jun 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Any 18" tube for rear tire will fit. This tire is very light and could get pinch flat if not using heavy duty tube, Tire hooks up great in Michigan sand and loam. Usually run at 10-12 psi.
Will this tire fit a 2002 ktm 300 sx? the tire size is 130/70-19
A shopper on Jun 3, 2019
BEST ANSWER: they have 2 sizes that will fit your rim... 100/90/19 and 120/90/19... the 120 will be closest to your stock size. it will be 1" + taller and a little narrower. the 100 will be shorter and narrower. it is a good though. i ran it on my kx500.
Does the tire come with a tube?
A shopper on Jun 21, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No, the tube is not included.
Does this tire work with the Tubliss system?
Daniel L on Jan 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes.
