Being a new rider I was thrilled having new tires on this bike. I felt so much more at ease with the sections of the Co. BDR we rode.
This tire did everything I asked it to do! I am just learning the dirt part of the motorcycle world and having a great time. I definitely felt the response from the Michelin tire from the old tire that was on the bike.

    awake wild tire
bought 2 tires for trip to Tuk (arctic ocean) from Idaho this year.
over 5000 miles round trip with 1700 miles of gravel roads too.
hot days to start on blacktop and finishing on cold days. tire wore well and was still gripping at the end really well. I could have rode them back to pa. the front tire for sure was still 50% good.

Great tire, however the rear wears quickly
I love this tire both on road and off road. It corners very well on the road and seems very stable overall. On the dirt or gravel roads, actually feels like one of the most stable 50/50 tires I have ridden on. I have both the front and rear on a 2018 Africa Twin Adventure Sports. Now for the bad. I have had them on the bike all of 2100 miles, and the rear will need to be replaced soon.

    Great Dual Sport Tire.
I put a set of these on my 701. So far I am really enjoying them compared to a Goldentyre rear, and TKC 80's that came stock with the bike. The Anakee's seem a bit more aggressive off road but still handle great on road. I went through the rear tire in about 1,500 miles. This was a bit faster than I was hoping but I did ride about 750 miles of that 1,500 miles in Moab which is known to be hard on tires. The front still looks to be in good condition and will last 2-3 rears.

Great tire for gravel and dirt with great road manners.
I like this tire for my purpose. It’s great on gravel and stil very good on pavement whether dry or in rain. I’m on my 3rd set and have run most brands of tires and these are the overall winners for me. The rear tires are somewhat short lived depending on your riding habits. From 3k to 5k is about it for the rear tires. The fronts last through 2 rear tires but there are always trade offs to make and the good handling and confidence gained in rain or dry make the short mileage worth it to me. I run these on a 2009 BMW R1200gsa.

    Great Tire, Try them!
Coming off Shinko 804/805 and a previous TKC80 which was initially on my KTM 1190 Adv R, these tires are a great upgrade in traction and in performance. They track better in the sand than above listed tires, and price is decent for a set. The only thing is how many miles will I get out of them? just spooned them on last week.

    Pleasantly Surprised
I installed this tires on my KLR650 before completing the Colorado section of the TAT. I have 1300 miles on the tires at this time and the wear appears to be very good. There was a good portion of these miles that were on pavement. Traction in loose dirt and rocks was great as well as in mud. Performance on pavement was impressive also.

    Expensive but worth it.
Holds in dirt, mud, sand and on the road. Quiet. Wears a bit fast as a bit soft tire. Got 4000 miles out of rear with some tread left.
