Inspect and check tire pressure often. This is the most important tire-maintenance function you can perform. Refer to your machine's documentation for proper maintenance. Always give tires a gentle "run-in" period of 100 miles to get the feel of new tires--this means they should not be subjected to maximum power, abrupt lean-over, hard cornering, etc. Always match the front and rear tires for optimal handling, safety and performance. Mixing radials, or mixing radials with bias or belted-bias tires, may adversely affect handling and stability.

The charts and information on this page do not imply interchangeability. Consult your machine's manual to determine correct replacements, clearances, compatibility and stability, load-bearing capacity, speed rating, radial vs. non-radial, pattern and tread compound requirements, inflation recommendations and front-to-rear tire matching. Wrong selection can result in tire failure or loss of control with serious injury or death.

Top grade quality in a motorcycle tire from a trusted name in sport bike racing performance, the Michelin Pilot Power motorcycle tire delivers street bike motorcycle tire traction and performance second to none on both the street and the track. If you're looking for traction and reasonable wear in a front motorcycle tire, look no further than the Michelin Pilot Power motorcycle tire.
    • MotoGP-derived rubber compound requires minimal warm-up time.
    • The softest rubber mix in its class for remarkable grip, yet maintains tire performance even at advanced stages of wear.
    • Unprecedented lean angles: 50.6 degrees in the dry, 41.9 degrees in the wet.
    • Rubber mix remains soft even at lower temperatures providing excellent grip from the start of your ride.
    • Grooved area that’s less than 12% of the tread pattern for phenomenal cornering adhesion.
    • W-rated for speeds up to 168mph.

    Wow. Again.
Third time I've mounted this tire. Incredible performance on the street, highway and track. I've ridden in downpours and it performs almost as well as dry. Really confidence inspiring for an aggressive, lane splitting rider. Love it and bet my life on it as a long time user. Stops great too! FYI clean order and fast ship from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. Tire arrived wrapped multiple times in shrink wrap instead of a cardboard box, but tire was unblemished.

Good budget street tire with excellent traction
No issues or red flags. Tire shipped had a build date of 9 months prior which is very acceptable.

Tire has great traction for the street and inspires confidence even when not fully warmed. Very predictable and for the price worth the pennies.

I'm averaging 3-4k miles in the rear and 5-6 in the front. Half of those miles were commuting are nearing the wear bars with the spirited weekend riding.

Good in wet conditions when new...sketchy some when worn in.

Front holds good traction even when trailing brake or making abrupt adjustments with lean.

Tires scrubbed in fast and inspire confidence on warm days.

Gummy tire, worked well of a noice rider
I love sport bikes, and love going fast, but wouldn't call myself an expert rider by any means. I wanted a tire with great initial grip, minimal warm up time, and still had good ability for possible rain.

I got caught coming back from Sturgis in a horrendous rain storm, I mean pounding rain, on the highway, and the bike was completely stable. Whew.

So for spirited canyon carving, to just everyday riding, this is a great tire.

    Sticky & Effective
Picked up a set of these for my 919, absolutely love them. they warm up quick and provide excellent dry traction. Wouldn't recommend for touring or wet-weather duty... Pilot Roads are much more suitable for that... But, if you want great grip under optimal riding conditions, you've found the right tire!

    Best bang fro your buck
I have used these tires on my sv650 and drz400sm. I always feel confident on them. They are predictable and do what you want them to do. For what they cost they last a good amount of miles and grip well. For aggressive street riding you cannot best this tire at this price point.

    Awesome tires
The first upgrade to my bike that has really made my rides much better. I paired these with the Michelin Pilot Road 2 and she easily goes where I point her to. So happy to ditch my OEMs.
