The Pirelli Angel GT is the ideal tire for those riders who want to travel long distances with a passenger and the bike fully loaded, or who simply take a ride in the country, but also for those who want to use their bikes all year round, both for recreation and commuting. All of this is true no matter what the bike is used for, whether a touring bike, a street enduro, naked or sport bike.
    • The Angel GT was designed for the primary purpose of providing regular wear and excellent water drainage guaranteed by both the front tire and by the arrangement of the grooves on the rear tire.
    • "A" spec rears feature a 2-ply, reinforced carcass for heavy-duty sport-touring models.
    • Extended Mileage Sport (EMS) - best in class for mileage and grip.
    • Ideal for sport bikes that require increased mileage without sacrificing grip and traction.

Good all around street tire for a sport bike
This is my second rear Angel GT tire -- I replaced the first due to a puncture. When I first installed the Angel GT I noticed an immeadiate improvement in steering feeback as well as ride. Also the rear held noticeably better when accelerating out of turns. All in al very satisfied with these Pirellis.

    Pirelli Angel GT A spec
These are the second and third set of these I have purchased. The price is competitive and for my type of riding they have been a great value.

Love these tires. Tossed my Michelin’s with only 1800 miles for these Angels, never looked back. My go to sport touring tires

    Great Tires
This is my second set. They aren't the longest lasting tires but they grip and hold a line better than the PR GT4's I've had on the bike prior and they keep doing it right to end of life.

    Great Tire, Great Price
I love the Angel GT tires. The first time I replaced tires on my first bike, I bought Angel GTs at the suggestion of a friend and never looked back. They are very confidence inspiring and I feel like I'd have to be riding well outside my ability to lose traction with them. Great tread life, traction and wet grip and Rocky Mountain ATV MC has the best price around. I'll definitely be coming back when I need another set.

Traction is good in wet or dry conditions. Rear tire balanced with no weights the front took 1 1/2 ounces. To me that is a lot of weight for this caliber of tire. The old front tire used only 1/4 ounce of weight.

    New shoes
I've had these on for about two weeks and love them! The bike is MUCH more stable on a few squirrely parts of my commute. I can't comment on wet traction or tread life as I only have about 1 thousand miles on them. I do know I'll be putting Angels on again, as the grip is much better than the two previous brands.

Pirelli Angels are most bang for your buck!
Best set of street tires I have ever run on my sportbikes and will never go back to other brands. With the Pirelli Angels you get the most bang for your buck, I run them on my zx6r stunt bike and my zx14 daily rider, these tires last a lot of miles and are still always sticky even in the cold and rain!

    Are these "a" spec?
    A shopper on Feb 14, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes they are "A" spec. I fit my own tyres and can assure you they are of a much heavier build, the side walls are really stiff. They wear well, however I think they push the front , which results in lower than usual mileage from the matching front Tyre (need replacement about same time as rear). I have a GTR1400 (Concourse) and have gone back to Michelin Road Pilot's, 8000 to 10000+ kilometers from rear and 18,000 to 20,000 for a front.. Cheers Alan
