Second time I tried this tire
Ran this as a front tire on a street legal Husky 501 FE. This is my least favorite tire of all time. Out of the box it is a stiff tire (what I want with tubliss), so I expect it to be a little squirrely for the first 100 miles. It is! It does break in, and does handle quite well after that at a low pressure. Problem is the tire wears out like crazy through the middle! Maybe 300 miles. My MT43 on the back has lasted twice as many hours. This is with 10/90, street/dirt riding. I'm pretty sure this is the same tire I had 4 year ago on a xr650r with similar results.

worked well
I tried this on my KTM 350 for dual sport riding, and serious off roading. It worked quite well, held up good and seemed to work in a variety of terrain

Is this tire DOT approved?
Michael R on Jun 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes, these are DOT compliant.
The terrain is hard, rocky. I ride 50/50 hows this tire do for endurance?
Brad F on Aug 7, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This is the most durable front tire I’ve ever used. Ridden on Colorado rock every weekend for months on end, the thing refuses to chunk. Probably not the most pliable tire ever, but performs well.
