Great safety device, a little complicated

Has so many features we have yet to use. It will take an average person a little time to figure it all out but worth it.

    My best choice but...

I spent most of the day getting familiar with this rugged instrument. I like the phone app. The device allows (and encourages you to do it each time you use it) you to test it by replying to a text it sent you. What concerns me is that it so far has taken over an hour to get a response. I don't know if the text I send gets there quickly and it just takes a long time for Me to get a response or if both are slow. Would hate to be lying in the woods next to my bike injured and be stuck with a slow system. Would be interested in the experience of others

    Works!

I've got 4 bikes and one on each bike. This is the only item that fits so you have to purchase. It is a solid unit that has never failed me. I took a good soil sample last summer and it took a direct hit. The only part that broke was the RAM mount.

Great Value + free anti-glare screens

In a world of over priced adv motorcycle parts this thing is SO worth the $28. It comes with the bracket and all, super easy to install. AND it came with 3 anti-glare films for the GPS screen. Even comes with a tool to tighten the top so you can’t take off the GPS unless you have a small torque head. I was able to use the cable from my previous mount. Just make sure to thread wire under handlebar before attaching to mount, as mount won’t fit. I installed on my KTM 1090, fits well.
