Affected tires are identified more specifically by their Tire Identification Numbers below. No other tires are subject to this recall.
The purpose of this page and below form is to allow customers to provide their current contact information to enable Rocky Mountain ATV/MC to provide a replacement for the recalled Tusk 2Track Adventure rear tire.
If you received a recall notice and are in possession of an affected tire, please complete the below form to verify your information.
Once a purchaser of a defective Tusk 2Track Adventure rear tire has verified their current contact information, RMATV/MC will send to that purchaser a replacement tire free of charge, along with a $100 pre-paid debit card to be used to pay for installation costs, including removal and disposal of the defective tire as well as mounting and balancing of the replacement tire.
