These are as good as everyone says. Swapped out the factory tires on my 901 Expedition before I even took it off the dealer lot. They travel comfortably on pavement and handle like a solid hybrid gummy off-road in all types of terrain. They're predictable on the fast gravel and give good feedback when needed but will claw through anything you throw at it. Not expecting more than 1500 miles at best out of the rear, and that's being conservative with the throttle

I think this is the best off road biased tire you can get for the medium ADV bikes. I have this on my Tenere 700 Extreme. The rear of the XT+ set drifts a bit on hardpack gravel/rocks etc. It's fun, but you have to ride it that way. The front on the other hand is just planted and stable. It's almost like a dirt bike tire in that you can put the front where you want it and it stays there. I get 3500-4000km on the rears and 6-7000km on the front. Both tires are reversible to prolong the life. I ride them on pavement of all types with no problems, not really any different than the street tires that came stock on the t7. Pirellis I think. I ride them on twisties, full on highway, grooves, etc, totally solid and planted. If you ride off road at all, these are the best tires out there. These or the Pirelli Scorpion Rally RACE edition tires, not the lesser spec ones.

These are great tires if you are looking for decent dirt performance, great on road and 4000 or so miles. My go to for KTM 690

Mitas Endurotrail E-07 tires - look great! They handle well on the road. Haven't tested them offroad at all yet. Front tire took a ridiculous amount of effort to seat the bead (7+ hours at local shop;

This is a great tire for big adventure bikes. 5th rear on my 1250GS. Super compliant on the highway and great off road. Easy to mount despite the heavy sidewall.
