Perfect for Mud

Comments On May 03, 2015:Wouldn't of had to redo my fork seals if I would of had these on when riding in the mud!

Too Soft

Comments On Dec 29, 2014:Just put a set of those on my KTM together with new fork guards. After the first ride one side got completely knocked off hanging at the bottom of the fork. The other side had caught plenty mud underneath.
So that mud that gets stuck underneath the mud scraper then gets constantly put in front of your original dust seal with each stroke of your shock.
Besides I think those mud scrapers are a little soft in order to stay safely in the little groove on the forks. Also I am wondering why there is a hole at each of those pockets that go all the way around?
A little less bulky, more beveled shape, and harder material on the top - maybe but in this version its I think its overpriced for what it does.

Easy fit and works

Comments On Nov 18, 2014:Kit comes with the two scrapers that are split into two pieces. Each piece simply snaps around the fork to the other. You don't even have to pull the fork legs off to get these on. They secure with cotter pins and they come with a bunch of extras too.
So far so good. They've knocked a lot of mud off. I did notice a little fork leakage the other day, but i don't think the scrapers had anything to do with that.

Perfect Job!

Comments On Jul 22, 2014:Love these! Broke a lower fork protector 15kms in to a 550kms ride where the fork seal would have been exposed to all the dirt and crap, but I had these fitted and they worked a bloody treat! Wouldn't really use them in dry conditions though, only for muddy crap! Havent done one fork seal since installing these either, its like having two fork seals in one. Just remember to remove after a few rides and check for mud inside and you'll be right to go again!
