In the adventure market, you’d expect to pay a premium for gear that really performs. But the AGV Sport Sareno Textile Jacket is unique. With armor, waterproofing, and insulation, the Sareno blends performance and protection into a versatile, technical shell that remains very affordable at the sub $200 price point.

The Sareno starts at the exterior with a body of durable, multi-layer canvas fabric that’s put together in a ¾ length fitted touring cut that draws on classic styling but with modern technicality. You can see that technicality on the exterior with numerous points of fit adjustment, gusseted motion panels around the shoulder and armpit, and two large chest vents and the magnetic fasteners that make opening and closing the vents extremely easy.

Technical features extend to the inside as well with a waterproof, breathable but non-removable Reissa membrane and CE armor at the shoulder and elbow. Overall the Sareno pulls gets a lot of capability for its price, which is ideal for new or price conscious riders. And with the thermal liner in and the right selection of layers the Sareno will manage all 4 seasons nicely.
