Good tire for money
I was skeptical about the quality for the price.
Heavy duty sidewalls should hold up good in the rocky terrain we ride in.

Excellent Tires.
Tires are much smoother than the stock dirt commanders. Had no issues in mud so far. Not many miles on them so I can’t comment on durability. They run fairly close to size at 15 psi.

Looks sweet, should be better for my riding style than the bighorns.
Bought 29x9x14 front, 29x11x14 back. Stock size for 2017 xp 1000 on stock rims. Back measure 28 inches at 20 pounds, front 28 1/4 with 20 pounds. Dropped them down to where I like, 12 pounds rear and stayed at 28 inches, dropped the front to 10 pounds and they went to 28 inches. Havent rode onthe yet. They do look good tho.

Awesome tires, 2015 Polaris sportsman 850
better grip than the maxis bighorns Tire has great traction in wet, mud, and deep snow. Packed snow on the street is okay.we get a mix of everything in new england so they are good for over here. Very thick good quality tire. Ride quality wasn't bad. just a little rougher but for much better than the Maxxis bighorns. very hard to mount tho. overall value is hard to beat.

Best bang for the buck!! Love the tread pattern
I haven’t had these out yet but read lots of reviews and watched videos about durability. Rocky Mountain did an excellent job of mounting to wheels and wrapped up nice when arrived. You can’t beat the price, I bought 4 tires and they sent me an $80 gift card in the male! Very happy with this purchase! I can’t rate the tread life, handling, traction yet because I haven’t had them out yet.

Great tire for trail riding in AR.
I think they are a great tire. I was apprehensive and worried about my purchase until the moment they arrived. That feeling went away immediately. They have a tough carcass and they are stiff. I dropped to 6psi in them and the bumpiness went away. I’d definitely buy them again.

27” Warthog on 14” Motosport M26 Vibe
Tires/wheels arrived Monday, the $80 gift card arrived Tuesday. Went with 27x9 & 27x11-14 over stock size 26x8 & 26x10-12. Much heavier tire than I need for an ATV, but great value for the price. Gained 13 lbs per front tire/wheel and 10 lbs per rear tire/wheel (46 total pounds), but wheels are 2” larger than stock. Haven’t noticed a significant difference yet in the weight/size gain, but have only put a couple miles on them.

A shopper on Sep 10, 2017

29x11 is 28 1/4 inches tall and weighs just over 34lbs.
thank you for your question.
does anyone know the weight of these tires? 27x9x14
A shopper on Jul 13, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question. these tires in 27X9X14 are just under 27.5lbs.
I have a rzr 1000-4 seater, I plan to run the front wheels on all four corners, 14x6, wanting to maybe go to a 30x10x14, However I don't want a heavy stiff tire. What do you recommend ?
Dan B on Sep 15, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Dan,
I have a 2011 RZR 800ESP I recently purchased the Wart hogs 27x9x14 and 27x11x14 I have about 100 miles or so on them. so far I really like them. great tread clean out pattern for mud. I ride the woods of Pennsylvania (pretty rocky trails). I really like the 8 ply and the side walls have a great tread pattern that almost goes to the rim that's I was looking for. The Wart Hogs don't seem to stiff I only run 8 lbs. in them they almost are run flats. My friends plan on getting them next time they need tires. Hope this helps out.

What kind of mileage can you expect from the Warthog with just normal trail riding as compared to something like the GBC Kanati Mongrel?
Edward P on Jan 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I have had the Wart Hogs on for a little bit now probably about 200 miles or so, they still look new, My buddies and I like the tread pattern, Was a Big Horn or that type pattern kind of guy. Our terrain here in Pa is narrow trails with a lot shale and sharp rocks, the Wart Hogs hook up good. Went out yesterday did about 20 miles in the snow worked real well. I like the 8 ply and the tread rolling up on the sidewalls we tend to cut a lot of sidewalls up here. Very Happy with them my friends are talking about trying them when they need new tires. Hope I was helpful. Rocky Mountain Rules.
what psi is recommended for a utv?
A shopper on Jun 6, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I usually run 8 to 11 psi. For best ride quality and grip.
I have a 2016 RZR XC that is bone stock. I was wanting to do 29s but if these truly do run true to size then I think will have some clearance issues in the wheel wells when cranked to turn. Can anyone comment on whether or not they think these would fit or if I should just go 28s to be safe for fitment?
MICHAEL L on Jun 6, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have a Maverick and I went from OEM 27x9x12 tires to 28x10x14 Warthogs all around with no clearance issues, are you going wider than stock in the front?? if it is close now, going a lot wider could be an issue?
It was stated that the size of the warthog runs smaller than actual size. I just got a set of 29's that measure 27.5 What is the actual size of the 30x10x14?
Dave J on Feb 7, 2018
BEST ANSWER: These tires seem to be true to size. Just measured from the ground to the top of the tread and it measures 30 inches. These are installed on 14 inch STI wheels with bead locks.
Additionally the $80 rebate is great but the tires work for nominal out in the dirt and rocks!
Can I run the 29x8-14 and 29x11-14 on 2017 Sportsman 850sp without clearance problems?
David V on Aug 16, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I just put those exact tires on my 09 Sportsman 850XP. There is plenty of clearance on the fronts. With the backs fully inflated the clearance is also fine. However, I let the back tires down to about 10PSI and now one side is just barely rubbing on the strut. I/you will need to keep the PSI up on the backs to maintain clearance.
I have a 2015 Polaris 900 XC with a 2" lift and R/T springs, Will the 29" Warthog fit without rubbing the front inner fender when cranked to turn?
Dave J on Feb 1, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The best way to know this is to take what ever your stock wheel is, so lets say a 27 and your going to a 29. So thats a 2 inch difference so 1 inch on each side. Crank your wheels to the left and right and make sure there is 1 inch clearance or what ever the difference is on each side. That will tell you if there is enough clearance for those tires.
What size of rim do I need for 30/10/14 thanks?
Tom M on Jan 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You can use a 6, 7, 8, or 9 inch rims. I have put 10 inch tires on 9 inch rear wheels and 6 inch front wheels.
Will the 27x9x14 & the 27x11x14 fit my 09 Polaris 850 XP without any tire weight or rub issues ? oem size is 26x8x14 & 26x10x14.
MIKE M on Feb 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I have a 2016 Ranger with a 2" lift and have no problems with rubbing.
I have a 2014 teryx 4 with a 2in lift. Will the 29x11x14 work or will it rub to bad?
Eric N on Jan 29, 2018
BEST ANSWER: you will have to see what your stock tire size is then compare it to what this would be and crank the wheels left and right and make sure there is clearance for it.
HOW MUCH DOES THE 30X10X14 WARTHOGS WEIGHT AND WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS?
A shopper on Jan 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: 35.6 lbs and the dimensions are 29x10-14
What size are on the camo commander you have in the gallery?
Matt B on Jan 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: That is a customers machine, we are not sure what size tire he got.
Will the warthog wear like the terrabites?
Terry N on Sep 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: That would depend on the terrain they are run on the majority of the time. The Terrabites, having a closer tread pattern, would wear better if they saw a lot of pavement time. Off road, the Warthogs would wear just as well with a traction advantage over the Terrabites.
How many pounds are they?
A shopper on Jun 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Could you please tell us what size tire you are interested in?
I use my utv 40% on paved roads what kind of wear/millage can I expect from these tires?
Michael S on Jun 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have about 20 miles on road, no wear, not ripped up from road at all
I was looking for sidewall ply, anyone know what that is? Most tires sidewall ply is less, thanks
A shopper on May 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The sidewall on most ATV/UTV tires has a 2 ply rating such as this tire. The tread section has a radial 8 ply rating.
how does the warthogs work in moderate snow and mud?
Ronnie S on May 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The Warthog tire works great in wet and muddy conditions.
Is it D.O.T. approved?
Troy O on Feb 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: it is not.
Any plans to make a 32” tall warthog tire?
justin m on Dec 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: not at this time.
Well the tusk warthog 30x10x14 fit a 2017 Ranger XP 1000 highlifter Edition?
michael S on Dec 3, 2017
BEST ANSWER: i am not sure on the clearances. you would have to make sure you have the clearance by turning your wheels all the way to the left and to the right and measure the clearance.
Are the width of these tires true to size? This is important as it will determine if I go with the 28x10-14 or the 29x9-14. Please help with an accurate measurement!
Leroy A on Jul 4, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The tires are pretty true to size but sometimes sit differently due to the wheel that the tires are being mounted on.
What is the load rating of the 28x10x14? Thank you.
Leroy A on Jun 6, 2017
BEST ANSWER: 900 lbs at 22 psi.
Read quite a few reviews on the terrabite and they seem to be undersized to what they are stamped at. I was wondering if it would be the same case with these as well? 28" is the max I can go on a ranger xp with no forward arms so I want to be as true to 28" as possible. Was also wondering how these will wear on pavement?
Colt G on May 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: My 27s run about a 1/2 " short. I run 11.5 psi in front and 16 on rear. I have 150 miles on mine, about 20 on pavement, hardly any wear at all
How much does the 29-11-14 weigh?
Matt K on Apr 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This tire weighs approximately 34 pounds.
2 Questions, is this a DOT rated tire? And how is it different than the Terrabite? I can't find much info about these Warhog's?
Jacob B on Apr 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This tire is NOT DOT approved. Both the Terrabite and the Warthog are radial tires, they're both considered all terrain tires, but the Warthog has a more spread out tread pattern that is great in soft dirt as well as on the trails. The Terrabite is tailored a little more towards desert riding.
On the tusk warthog 30x10x14, what is the actual dimensions and weight, do they run true size or do they run smaller? Thanks
MATTHEW C on Apr 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The 30x10-14 tire is approximately 35 lbs and they are true to size.
