Perfect fit
The shifter fits perfectly as a replacement on my 2025 KLX 300. I had been using a shifter but they bent too easily. This shifter is a little longer than stock (I think) which works well for my size 12 boots. I haven't dropped the bike on the shifter side so I can't speak to the durability but at this price I may buy a spare just in case. One thing to note, it uses an 8mm bolt where the stock were 10 so I needed to buy a small ratcheting wrench.

Fits 96 ktm 250 also
I needed a kickstart for a 96 ktm 250sx but didnt want to pay a lot for a oem kick start so I took my chances on this one for a 2019 ktm 250sx even though its not listed for a 96 it fit perfect with no modifications whatsoever!!!

A must-buy for rear drum brakes
We used to run these all the time back in the day so I was glad to see Rocky Mountain carried them. These are a must-have for rear brake levers on bikes that have a rear drum brake. If you run it from the brake pedal to the skid plate it stops saplings and roots from getting between the pedal and frame so your brake lever won't bend.
