These fit perfect, and were a breeze to install with the radiators removed. The clips for the radiator shrouds did not fit without having to use some re-engineering them. Basically I flattened them out and re-bent them around the plastics to fit around the holes for the bolts to be used. Other than this they were a perfect fit and they feel SOLID. I chose these over the Enduro Engineering ones because I didn't have to lose my radiator shrouds being secure with bolts.Read All Reviews

Be sure to Mount the digital controller where you can see it while you're riding it. In almost every picture I see people have mounted these in a position on the frame where you can't see it while you're riding. That just doesn't make sense. On a 2-stroke I recommend setting the thermostat at 188. This has worked perfect on my KTM. Fan comes on only in the most technical and hottest of situations It lowers the temperature back down by 5 degrees quickly.Read All Reviews

Great product. Can. Be used to power other fans of similar size. I'm going to use this to power and control the fan on my 2007 Suzuki DRZ400S. Stock set up the fan does not come on until 205 degrees This is a bit high as I do some slow technical riding during triple digit temperatures in the summer. By the time the stock fan comes on the engine is already pretty dang hot and. I will set this unit to turn on fan at 198. I installed this on my 2017 KTM 250 XC. I may have chose to order the complete Tusk kit with fan included had I not already installed a fan on this bike. If you have the basic skills to splice wires you can figure it out. The install and operation instructions are simple and easy to understand. The fan I ended up with is a Spal puller fan. It is the exact same fan used by KTM and Trail Tech in there fan kits. Originally I was using a manual toggle switch to operate the fan. I wanted a temperature gauge so I could actually monitor the operating coolant temperature. This Tusk unit does that very well and also controls the fan. It is fully programmable for the turn on temperature. It has a 5-degree differential so as in my case I set it at 188 degrees. It turns on at 188 shuts off at 183. This works great on my 250cc 2 stroke as it runs very cool and only ever requires the fan in the slowest technical situations on the hottest of days. This setup effectively lowers the temperature quickly. Great peace of mind!Read All Reviews

I had this as a factory feature on my last dirt bike and liked the way you can check coolant level at a glance. It helps when your bike gets hot, instead of blowing off coolant you collect it. I added this to my KTM - works great.Read All Reviews
