I own one for each Bike
I own two of these covers! One for my Road King Classic and another for my Africa Twin, the cover fits with all the bags installed. Both covers fit the bikes very well. When I travel and leave them outdoors, they stay dry.

Best Bang for the Buck!
My Nelson Rigg cover is just what I needed for our unpredictable Colorado weather! I ride year round both recreationally and commuting daily to work in all kinds of weather including driving snow and rain. The Nelson Rigg covers and protects my bike against all Colorado weather can throw at me including our high altitude sun, which can fade and weather check the plastics and tires. Safety straps keeps the cover in place in all our blustery weather, too. The cover stows small and comes with a handy compression sack that really shrinks the volume down to store in my saddle bags or backpack. It's a great value and works!

NOT waterproof
This cover is great for keeping your bike out of the elements. i wish it secured betteer for transporting but it should only be used when the bike is stationary. also it is not waterproof. it will keep the bike clean but dont expect it to keep your bike dry in a rain storm.
