Pricey - but you get what you pay for

Recently installed these onto a 2019 CRF450L. The install was easy enough, getting power for the grips via the 2 pin accessory plug. Bundling the wiring harness behind the headlight. I mounted the power switch on the handlebar, it is nice and sealed - but it is probably going to be ripped off in a crash pretty easily. I do think that the switch is built well overall and have no concerns of it failing due to moisture or crashes. The grips are lock on style and went onto the bars without issue and are very secure. There was a throttle cam that matched the stock throttle cam perfectly. I run wraparound handguards and the grips are open ended to accommodate this. There is a plug for the grips if you use flag handguards, or no handguards. I did open up the throttle grip outer opening to provide more clearance for the handguard bolt. The grips seem to warm up very quickly and are nice and hot on high. I haven’t tried the lower settings yet - but I am quite satisfied with the performance thus far. No issues in the rain or cold. The overall fit and finish of these grips, and their performance thus far, have exceeded my expectations. As they should for the price. I like the wiring harness and how easy it is to to unhook the grips and switch. It allows me to keep these grips installed in the cold parts of the year and then remove them in a couple of minutes (and about 6-8 zip ties) in order to swap in a set of ODI lock on grips for the warmer months or if I am using the bike for faster offroad riding instead of dual sporting.
