A bit small.
A bit small and holes are pre drilled. I would prefer to drill my own holes so I can line them up with pre existing bolt pattern. Seems to be good quality.

Tough, convenient boxes
Large. Tough set of boxes. Easy on/off with the Tusk racks. Holds a lot which is a blessing and a curse :). If you need the convenience and security of hard set and don't want to spend a bunch these are great. Loaded KLR fell over and hit the pavement hard. Small indentation where the rack was. Lids/latches still tight and didn't hurt the Tusk racks. What the video on "everide" see how tough these are. Wish there were some guidelines of where to mount. May move mine further back for some more calf room. Fairly centered on the rack now.

Tusk Pannier Racks

Rugged and Look Good
Just installed the Tusk racks on my 2024 KLR 650. They fit well. I like the fact that they provide hardware and instructions to move the brake fluid reservoir. Its very easy and took two minutes. Apparently the 2022 had a round reservoir and from 23 forward the reservoir is rectangular and is in the way of the mounting screw. The move adds about 3/4 in. Originally, I couldnt install the back brace/bumper, as it wouldnt fit around the license plate. I took some pics and was going to call when I noticed in the pic that the Tusk logo was upside down. It didnt look like there was an angle, but there is a subtle one that gives the right amount of clearance when installed with the logo right side up. Glad I checked before I called;) Originally, I bought a cheap pannier rack that was half the price, but I had to send it back because it wouldnt fit. Im using soft panniers, but do also like the option of the quick disconnect for hard panniers in case I decide to go that direction later. Just get the Tusk.
