2015 KX250F FMF Factory-4.1 RCT
Purchased this for a 2015 KX250F. Very easy to install. Aligned perfectly with the factory mounting locations. A little messy since you have to use high temp silicone to seal the two joints since there are no clamps, but just take your time and make sure you wipe any residue off before it dries. Looks fantastic once installed and has a great low tone bark to it!

Greatly improves the riding experience
This exhaust greatly improves low end and midrange part throttle response when paired with a Rottweiler fueling dongle and O2 sensor eliminator. The stock part throttle fueling is notoriously lean on these bikes, so don't add the can without the fueling dongle. The engine runs great on up to full throttle with the stock ECU, it is the part throttle mapping that is the issue, and the dongle is inexpensive. There is no snatch and no complaints. The tone is clean and deep, not too loud at light throttle, quite "brappy" with the revs are up and the throttle is wound. At cruise the rider can barely hear the exhaust note over the wind, The stock exhaust was so quiet it was a little hard to know when to shift as the wind completely drowned it out. The spark arrestor quiets the note some, it is perfect with the arrestor in. The can still gets warm of course, but it is longer than the stock unit and runs much cooler that the CAT equipped stock unit, which gets so hot it is unsafe. The left side turn signal is safe from melting with this can, as it is a bit longer than stock and the exhaust expels well past the signal. These big singles puff out a lot of hot air with this straight through type can, as it goes out the end cap instead of becoming a burning Hellfire under your side panel. Highly recommend!
