  its an oil filter...and it seems to do its job! I like to change the filter out frequently. Probably every oil change at 3000 miles.

  Great air filters!

  I've used these filter on all of my motorcycles over the years and have never had an issue. Captures dust well and easy to service. They also last for years. I keep two for each motorcycle to easily replace them when dirty.

  You can hear how much more air is getting into your motor, even versus an aftermarket air filter. It's weird and takes some getting used to but I definitely noticed an uptick in power. Plus anytime I can bolt cool anodized parts to my bike is a good day. I've been running mine for more than a year, and the filter element has held up well after repeated cleanings and re-oilings.

  its an oil filter

  its an oil filter. it filters debris out of your oil. I figure it works similar to any other paper style filter... i put it in an old KLR650 so who really knows if it performs well or not.
