What a POS! The fingers that go under the bearing broke off the first time I tried to use it. Had to cut the cage off, cut the inner bearing with a Dremel then take it off with a chisel like I always have.Complete waste of 230+ dollars!
Tool works great, a little pricey for what you get
Let me preface this by saying, the tool works awesome. Hands down.
It literally took me longer to unpackage and do the little assembly to the tool then it did to remove the lower steering stem bearing using the tool. It works flawless. Much better then trying to pry it off with screwdrivers or cut it apart with a Dremel...
It is a bit pricey, but mainly, I was disappointed that it didn't include a case for the price paid. But it was a mild disappointment, and I'm glad to have it and the frustration it saved me from having to hack the job out...
