This book has some great sections on due it your self items. Lots of detailed info on how suspension works. Great picks on seal replacements, not much detail on valving or how to adjust your shim stacks to improve the ride. If you want to understand the technology behind suspension this is great, if you want simple directions on how to improve your ride, use you tube and save yourself the 34 bucks.
