The gold valves install in the right fork and yes they provide a sheet and phone tech support
Jimmy GThis is only one tube. You only need one tube because it only goes in one side. The other side has a spring and oil. This "dummy" cartridge replaces the air cartridge on the air side.
Travis CI found race tech chart to be a little light when I put in vet rider- had to get a heavier spring to help with bottoming
Dave JComes with everything you need except a fork cap wrench and fork oil. I also did fork seal at the time. Well worth the conversion I feel.
kevin hYou wouldn’t need to unless it becomes too soft. Putting this kit in both my bikes made them much more plush.
KYLE HYes, Same clicker set up as with your air forks.
Willy AYou do not. You only have the spring on one side and the chambered oil on the other side. It is super simple to install.
Willy AI didn’t weigh it but I think I read ~4lbs with spring and additional oil volume. The unit itself is quite light! I did not notice the weight at all and it’s considerably more plush than any or the AERs I’ve had, even a revalved AER from a very reputable tuner.
KYLE HMinute 13:15 of the install video tells you 500-575 mL. I found the kit to be on the soft side for me and ended up at the full 575ml.
