Lots of adjustability; to the point where there's a lot of excess strap that gets in the way, caught in the door, just everywhere. The shoulder phone pocket is cool, but too small for most modern smart phones. It's like...90s Nokia phone sized. The metal belt clip rusted pretty quickly, and got super tough to close until I hit them with some WD40. No big deal, but kind of poor metallurgy for something that's expected to be used outdoors, in the mud, and so on.
